Brooke Stenzler, CYP
Committed to preventing and guiding individuals out of turbulent and unfulfilled relationships, Brooke uses both her personal experience and scientific training to keep relationships functioning at an optimal level.
Brooke believes that the ability to see the perfection in oneself and others is an important step in letting go of judgment and unfounded expectations. She became aware that this technology serves as a crucial “operating manual” to support people just like herself as they navigate their relationships both with themselves and others.
Prior to completing her extensive training to become a certified Y.O.U. practitioner, a curriculum approved by California State Board of Behavioral Sciences, The International Coach Federation and The State Board of Registered Nursing, Brooke received her degree from Middlebury College in Sociology-Anthropology and Chinese. Brooke is dedicated to providing insightful and practical approaches to create DREAM relationships in business, home and life.
“Brooke- I owe so much to you for where I have landed at this point in my life. After consulting with you through your Ultimate Life Tool practice and your innate wisdom, you helped me to pinpoint positive means that energize my spirit vs. deflate it, and set me on a course to embrace and feed myself through the paths that I choose. I can’t thank you enough for the time, care and energy you’ve given to help me become a better and more fulfilled person. The sessions you gave me helped to set me on an active path to actualize, one small step at a time, what I truly desire and are good for me. Within the six months that have passed since we began, I have begun painting for an incredible fashion designer (LSO Designs), created a set for a play at my elementary school, gotten certified with Schwinn Cycling to become a spin instructor, studied for and passed the grueling National Academy of Sports Medicine exam to become a certified as a personal trainer, so that I can soon open up a new business (Andiamo Body Fitness), and built and launched an on-line magazine with a friend (LaLaScoop). Even in the midst of personal loss and recuperation (still in progress) I was able to do all of this because they have fed my soul and excited my energy. Thank you for giving me the insight and courage to go after my dreams. I’m just at the beginning, I know. But, you’ve taught me that every step is important and an accomplishment in itself – especially when you’re stepping in the right direction. Love you!!! Rochelle”
