Our X Fitness Boot Camp workouts are designed to help you experience extreme results in a supportive, motivating, and fun environment. Our certified trainers will guide you through strength and cardio workouts that will transform your fitness and promote optimal wellness. Some of our “Group X” workouts are strength focused, some are cardio focused, and some are a mix of both. Please check our schedule or contact one of our coaches for more info on any specific class.
Every muscle and system of your body will be trained and challenged to adapt and improve week after week. Our workouts provide a lot of variety so your fitness will continually progress to your next level.
If you want to get lean and strong and have fun with a group of other people in the process, these workouts are for you. You’ll burn tons of calories, tone up, and get functionally fit for your life all at the same time. We do a mix of creative strength and cardio moves along with some kickboxing and plyometrics to take your fitness to your highest level.
Our workouts and special training camps are inspired by the P90X program. P90X is a revolutionary system of 12 sweat-inducing, muscle-pumping workouts, designed to transform your body from regular to ripped in just 90 days. The secret behind the P90X system is an advanced training technique called “Muscle Confusion,” which accelerates the results process by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body never plateaus, and you never get bored! There’s an endless variety of ways to mix and match the routines to keep you motivated the full 90 days and beyond!
Each workout is 50 minutes long and all fitness levels are encouraged to attend. You will be shown modifications and encouraged to do your best with anything you find to be very difficult. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat since you will be on the floor for some exercises. Resistance bands will be provided for you although many of our exercises require nothing more than your body weight.
