As an employee at GoPro in the Carlsbad corporate office, you can now receive chiropractic adjustments onsite on Mondays for only $40! If you have health insurance that covers chiropractic care (and it is clinically necessary based on your insurance policy), it may be even less out of pocket.

(You and your immediate family may also visit our other locations in Del Mar, Pacific Beach and Santee at the same low rate of $40!)

This page has been created to make your experience quick and seamless. We ask that you please follow the steps on this page in order to keep your visit time to a minimum; so you can get back to work quickly and the doctor can see as many of your team members as possible in a short period of time.

Some of you are familiar with chiropractic care and others know very little. Some of you are actively under chiropractic care (within the past 6 months) and some of you have never been adjusted before.  Regardless which category you fall under, the first visit with the doctor will take 25 minutes. During that time, the doctor will become familiar with your current health status, your goals, perform an evaluation and get you adjusted (if needed). How will that happen all in 25 minutes??? By you following the process spelled out below!  You can book your appointments online, have your health insurance verified for chiropractic coverage online, complete the intake forms online and educate yourself on what we do and how we do it by watching a video online!

The fee for each adjustment (including the first visit’s evaluation) is only $40 with the free GoPro Corporate Membership! If you have health insurance and you would like to have it verified, click here and complete the questionnaire.  The turnaround time to have your insurance benefits verified is typically 1-2 business days (or you can call the office to expedite your request).  If you would like to go ahead an book your first visit before the insurance is verified (which is recommended), you will be required to pay the $40 online. If it turns out that your visit would have been less than $40, then we will either credit or refund the amount you paid in excess.  If it turns out that you do have insurance coverage for chiropractic, you will unfortunately not be able to book future appointments online, only through the doctor or office directly.

We use MindBody Online to book all appointments (or you can also call the office at 858-274-2225). To begin the process, you need to have the GoPro Corporate Membership added to your account which can be done by following the steps laid out.

To start the process of scheduling your first visit, click this link and follow the steps required.  There is no fee for the membership.

You will need to create a MindBody Online profile if you don’t already have one.

After you click “Place Order”, you will be able to schedule your first visit which will be a 25 minute appointment, by clicking Appointments (see below).

You will then select “Chiro” and then “GoPro First Visit”.

You will then choose the day and time you want to schedule your visit for. Follow the steps necessary and enter your payment information.

For ongoing visits / adjustments (after your first visit), you can schedule those 5 minute appointments by clicking here and selecting “Adjustment”.  For the “With Whom” option, be sure to choose the provider with the “(GoPro)” option… unless you want to visit one of our other locations.  After you click “Search”, find the time slot you desire and click “Book”.  Then click, “Make Appointment”.  The service you will choose is “Adjustment DD 1-2 rgn 98940”  (To book using your mobile phone, click here or the MindBody icon to download the application.)

Once your appointment has been scheduled, please go to Step 2 to complete your Intake Forms!

It is extremely important that we have your intake forms prior to your first visit. You can complete them by clicking here. It is recommended that you do them on a desktop computer, though you can do them on a mobile device. There are many questions that we ask to gather as much information as possible, which keeps your first visit as efficient as possible.  If you don’t have your intake forms completed by the time of your visit, it is likely that your visit may need to be rescheduled and you may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee (as that appointment time was likely taken from another person who could have booked that slot).

To save time during the examination, it would be advantageous for you to familiarize yourself with what we do and why we do it. We promise, this WILL save time on the first visit if you just watch this 3 minute video.
