I have been providing personal fitness training for several years. Following my passion is what lead me into the health and fitness industry. Watching clients physically change in front of my eyes as they reach their goals is very rewarding to me. Knowing that I play a part in their success has me continue in this field year after year.
I have competed in fitness model competitions as a way of pushing myself to the next level of fitness. Inherently, I find myself holding you to a high level accountably to your fitness goals, knowing that I’m holding myself accountable to my own, as well. I believe in practicing what you preach. What I recommend you do through exercise and nutrition, I have done and am still doing. Through my struggles and accomplishments in keeping to a fitness lifestyle, I can very much relate to your experiences and support you in creating very real expectations.
My fitness program starts with a body composition and goal analysis. This information allows me to customize a fitness and nutrition program that fits my client’s goals, body type, and most importantly, makes the program fun …with a purpose! Once I understand your goals and body type, I then capitalize on accountability and motivation. The bottom line is you are here for results and I am here as a cause for them. Only through your achievement will my success come.
Your personal training experience may take place at a DREAM Wellness location or the place of your choice! I am willing to travel to you because I understand the demand that most of our jobs and families place on our schedule. I meet my clients at their home, their residential community gym, the park, the beach, or bay.
