Hello and welcome. I am grateful and honored to be part of the DREAM Wellness team. I started my fitness professional journey in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2003. I began teaching gentle yoga, Pilates mat, Belly Dance, and Latin aerobic conditioning at Bally Total Fitness and at the local YMCA. In 2006, I serviced practice members at Sky Fitness and Well Being, the most prestigious and upscale wellness facility in all of Oklahoma. I gravitated to body-mind exercises that felt natural, effective, and provided optimal results. I taught Pilates Reformer classes in a small group setting as well as one-on-one, gentle yoga, Pilates mat, and specialized personal training.
Falling in love with this path, I continued to further my education to guide practice members through a well-rounded and effective workout. I strongly believe in self-empowerment that integrates body-mind, heart, and spirit. It is through breath and mindful movement where true power, beauty, and grace are accomplished. I look forward to be of service to our community and to deliver the highest quality exercise program tailored to your specific needs, goals, and abilities. I am here to hold you accountable so you too can live your dream in wellness.
