Long IslandExpressway :
Take Long Island Expressway to Exit 33 North; Lakeville Road. Proceed North onto Lakeville road over Route 25A (Northern Blvd). Travel about 1 mile and make a left into the Garden Plaza Shopping Center (if you see Great Neck Road, you went a little too far, so make a left onto Great Neck Road and the first left into the shopping center).  We are located underneath Waldbaums inside of New York Health & Racquet Club.

Northern Parkway from Eastern Long Island:
Northern State Parkway West to New Hyde Park Rd. North. Turn right at stop sign. Make a left onto L.I.E. service road (West). Turn right onto Lakeville and follow directions above.

From Cross Island Parkway or Clearview Expressway:
Exit East on 25A, Northern blvd. Go left onto Middle Neck Road (Mobil gas station on left). See directions above.
