Directions from Route 347 (Nesconset Hwy):

(Coming from west of Happauge, Northern State Pkwy becomes Route 347)
Take 347 to Route 25, Middle Country Road East. It will be about ½ mile on your right in the Wiz Plaza inside Bally Total Fitness.


Directions from the Long Island Expressway:
LIE to exit 60N, Hawkins Avenue. Travel north, just over 3 miles to Middle Country Road (Rt. 25). Turn right onto 25 going east and it will be on your right hand side in the Wiz Plaza, inside Bally Total Fitness.

(NOTE: Middle Country Road, Route 25 becomes Jericho Tpke. west of Smithtown.
